About the meditation experience… (Morning and Afternoon Session)
We invite you on a journey with a meditation Experience to rebalance and restore … As life flows on, we lose our emotional and mental balance often throwing us into a state of panic, anxiety and sometimes even depression. Our session specifically targets restoring that balance from the inside out. Enjoy this session just to generally chill out, as a preventative to negative emotional states or for those that are ‘far gone’ in the out of control spiral of stress, let’s assist by bringing back some balance and relief.
A special event where we release negativity we accumulated to make way for restoration and healing. We explore new techniques to quickly and effectively come back to a state of balance.
Taking the time to meditate can enhance health, increase wellbeing and overall assist you to live a happier life. Many of us are so busy in life that we don’t dedicate quality time to relax and be still. Join us in this meditation experience to rebalance and restore, take a guided journey into meditation as a way to reconnect back to your authentic life, rediscover who you really are and improve your overall wellbeing.
1 in 3 women and 1 in 8 men will experience anxiety in their lifetime*. At times it can feel like it’s only us suffering, but the reality is – it’s very common. Nature is a perfect environment to assist relieving the effects of anxiety and stress, combined with meditation and healing exercises you can start or continue the journey to long term healing in a relaxed, non-judgemental and informal atmosphere.
This meditation experience to rebalance and restore can be used for general relaxation (ie, anyone can benefit!) or part of a deeper journey to heal and create positive steps in coming into a harmonious and balanced life. We practice various styles of meditation that are all guided, we also provide information about the benefits of each practice, and provided take home practices that help you learn how to meditate and incorporate meditation into your daily life.
The practices are all simple, all is required is some of your patience and self compassion…
Meditation Experience to rebalance and restore
When you join us on this experience you will;
- be assisted to balance your emotional state, instantly calming your mind and nervous system
- be guided to identify areas in your life which are putting your mental state out of balance
- take home techniques to be more proactive in dealing in stress and anxiety as it happens
- cultivate new practices to make positive improvements in your life
- enjoy meditation experiences to rediscover your true self
The 2 hour session (+ tea afterwards) will include;
- guided meditations
- journalling
- breathwork and healing
- take home information and practices

If you want to make a positive step to assist in restoring balance in your life or just need some time out, this event will leave you feeling re-energised, positive and confident that you can cultivate simple healing practices in your life. We try to keep the experience as ‘down to earth’ as possible and is suitable for all.
